"Simply the best barbecue in the Omaha area. It’s well worth the short drive (about five miles west of Omaha via West Dodge Road or West Maple Road) for this great food. The beef brisket is their signature dish, but the ribs and chopped pork are also good. Whiskey Run is the most popular of the several sauces on the table. A don’t-miss side dish is the corn pie, a cornbread-like dish that is more the consistency of pudding."

"My wife and I recently discovered B&Cs and were overwhelmed by how good the food is. It is probably the best BBQ in the Omaha area. Actually, it may be the best we have ever had. We had the combination plate, and everything was terrific, especially the ribs. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water, think I will call the wife now and tell her we are going back there for dinner tonight!
